Painting with the camera
You can see with your eye or you can see with your mind -
either will work but they rarely give the same view.
On a trip to Sedona, AZ, my wife wanted to attend a Plein Air painting event along the shores of Oak Creek. Not being a painter, after a while I grew restless literally watching paint dry so I took my camera and began exploring the creekside for intimate and abstract natural compositions.
